Juliaca

Juliaca is like the Puno twin sister. It is as cold and commercially animated as Puno, with a very typical population, but without the Lake access. This is above all a central hub of transports in the region; thus, an obliged crossing point at the crossroads between Arequipa, Puno and Cusco.
